HCA Healthcare, formerly known as Hospital Corporation of America, is one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. Founded in 1968, the company has a rich history that spans over five decades.

In the early 1960s, two young physicians named Thomas Frist Sr. and Thomas Frist Jr. were working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The two doctors were frustrated with the bureaucracy and inefficiency of the hospital system, and they began to explore the idea of starting their own hospital.

In 1968, the Frists founded Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) with the goal of creating a more efficient and effective healthcare system. The company’s first hospital was Park View Hospital, a small facility located in Nashville.

Over the next several years, HCA grew rapidly. The company expanded into new markets and acquired several existing hospitals, including Riverside Hospital in Miami and Galen Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. By the end of the 1970s, HCA had become one of the largest healthcare companies in the United States.

In the 1980s, HCA continued to expand. The company made several strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of Basic American Medical, a provider of healthcare services to the U.S. military. This acquisition allowed HCA to enter the military healthcare market and expand its operations overseas.

In the 1990s, HCA faced several challenges. The rise of managed care, which sought to control healthcare costs by limiting patient access to medical services, put pressure on the company’s bottom line. In addition, HCA faced several high-profile legal challenges, including a federal investigation into the company’s billing practices. Despite these challenges, HCA continued to grow and expand, entering new markets and acquiring more hospitals.

Healthcare Company what are some of the

things that we like about this company

well as you can see here they offer a

1.06 percent dividend

it’s better than no dividend the s p

offers what a 1. well 1.4 1.5 dividend

you have the NASDAQ which offers roughly

a point six percent dividend so this is

like right in between there

let’s look at the income statements

another thing we like about this company

is in Q3 2021 they had a profit margin

of 14.85 percent in Q4 2021 they had a

profit margin of 12.04 and q1 2022 they

had a profit margin of 8.52 percent

in Q2 2022 that profit margin of 7.79

and in Q3 they had a profit margin of

7.57 so as you can see they have a

profit margin roughly in that eight nine

percent range pretty good pretty good

we’d like to see that our the companies

we invest in are profitable right if

you’re investing in a method of making

money you know these stocks methods of

making money they own the rights to

produce a certain service or good that

other companies can’t because property

rights copyright trademark you don’t

want to be putting your money into one

of these companies that isn’t profitable

a method of making money that isn’t

producing a return you want your

companies to be profitable right

this company will allow you to gain some

exposure to the Health Care sector in

the US if you don’t have that in your

portfolio what else do we like about

this company let me quickly go through

and mark the rsis

so I quickly went through and marked

with these purple lines every time the

RSI the weekly RSI has touched down at

this 30 level always keep in mind the

time frames we are looking at you can

tell the time frames by looking at the

letter next to the symbol at the top

left hand side this w means every one of

these candles represents one week of

time so these things don’t happen

overnight they don’t happen a week from

now they don’t even happen a month from

now but if you’re patient you can really

capitalize by getting some of the most

high quality assets the market has to

offer at some of the best prices

available by scaling it now while

indexes and markets across the world are

below average and as they return up to

that average point and set new all-time

highs you can expect the underlying to

grow as much if not more correct

So currently the RSI is down touching

that 30. when’s the last time this has

happened well in March 2020 the RSI

touched down at that 30 and the company

proceeded to grow as much as

275 that is huge guys that is huge for a

blue chip Healthcare Company 275 percent

in what was a year is huge before that

we’ve also seen December 2015 you could

also say

simultaneously

right here in 2017 depending on how you

want to look at it if this is all one

run or not but in 2015 RSI touched that

30 proceeded to run as much as a hundred

and twenty percent over what was two

years before that in 2011 August 2011

RSI touched down at that 30 and this

company proceeded to run as much as

468 percent

huge so as you can see every time the

weekly RSI touches down at that 30 it

proceeds to run

hundreds of percent between

200 to 400

it’s massive

definitely one to be scaling into now if

we look at the as you as you can see

here this company has never gone below

its weekly 180 moving average one

exception here one exception here but it

quickly recovered and again ran to new

all times High bigger better than ever

stronger than ever

so it would lead us to believe that the

180 moving average on the weekly time

frame would continue to act as a sport

and it has been look we have a bit of a

double bottom forming here bit of a

double bottom forming

we are currently projecting this company

to grow as much as a hundred and thirty

four percent bringing its price point up

from 2 12 which is currently at to a

price point of 400 flat 400 flat so

definitely one to keep keep your eye on

add to your watch list if you need some

exposure to U.S Healthcare definitely

one to consider scaling into
