Kraft Heinz is a food and beverage company that was formed through a merger of Kraft Foods Group and H.J. Heinz Company in 2015. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and has operations in over 40 countries worldwide.

The history of Kraft Foods Group can be traced back to 1903, when James L. Kraft began selling cheese from a horse-drawn wagon in Chicago. Over the next several decades, Kraft expanded its product line and grew into a major player in the food industry. In the 1960s, Kraft began acquiring other food companies, including A.J. Liebig & Co. and National Dairy Products Corporation. By the 1970s, Kraft had become one of the largest food companies in the United States.

H.J. Heinz Company, on the other hand, was founded in 1869 by Henry J. Heinz. The company started as a small horseradish business in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania. However, Heinz quickly expanded the product line to include other condiments, such as ketchup and pickles. In the early 20th century, Heinz began to expand internationally, opening factories in Canada and the United Kingdom. By the 1950s, Heinz had become one of the largest food companies in the world.

In 2013, Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital announced their intention to acquire H.J. Heinz Company. The merger was completed in 2015, and the new company was named The Kraft Heinz Company. The merger brought together two of the most iconic food brands in the world and created the fifth-largest food and beverage company in the world.

The Kraft Heinz Company has a portfolio of more than 200 brands, including some of the most well-known and beloved brands in the food industry such as Kraft, Heinz, Oscar Mayer, and Jell-O. The company’s products are sold in more than 150 countries worldwide.

After the merger, the company has been actively streamlining its business, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency. The company aimed to achieve $1.5 billion in cost savings by the end of 2017. In addition, it has also been divesting non-core brands, such as the sale of its Canadian natural cheese business to Saputo Inc. for $1.23 billion in 2017.

In February 2019, the company’s share price took a hit after the company announced a $15.4 billion write-down on its Kraft and Oscar Mayer brands, leading to a quarterly loss of $12.6 billion. This led to the departure of its CEO, Bernardo Hees and the appointment of Miguel Patricio as the new CEO.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company saw a significant increase in demand for its products as consumers stockpiled food items. However, the company also faced challenges such as supply chain disruptions and increased costs for ingredients.

hello guys welcome to class welcome to

right now we’re looking at craft heinz
this is honestly one of my favorite
companies you could be investing in
right now
craftins is not a new ticker
around the block we’ve definitely talked
about this one before
we’ve been playing it on the bullish
side ever since
late 2019
playing the peaks and valleys the ups
the downs
um
right now it is currently sitting on its
monthly 20 moving average
it has proven to act as a support in the
past this is exactly where you would
have expected it now unfortunately
on trading view
they don’t have much of the price
history prior to 2016 but i can assure
you
that it does exist there is price
history prior to that price point um
if the price history
had loaded further prior to 2016 again
that’s a trading view issue there in
fact is price history prior to 2016 this
company did not ipo in 2016 i think
we’re all we’re aware of that
um
it would look a little something like
that with your 20 moving average
on the monthly acting as a support
now
again
we had been
adding to our positions in this company
ever since
september 3rd 2019. it’s been a while
and guess what we’re still here
um
playing it up
markets took a turn playing it up
had to establish that support for our
price channel playing it up again
hit the resistance on our price channel
what happens then we come down visit our
support
that’s when you want to be talking about
companies like this that’s your
entry
you see
a lot of people will
buy an asset
and then they just start spewing their
mouth
trying to go as fast as they can in a
straight line not recognizing the
bobbin and weaving that’s happening in
in between point a and point z you know
if uh
here let me try and paint the picture
wait a minute
there we go
so i tried to be as clear as possible
so when we’re taking these very macro
um analysis
of various tickers from all around the
world
we’re gonna often be looking at these
massive time frames these time frames
that can span
multiple years for a singular
rotation around their cycle um
and things don’t don’t move in a
straight line right so like whether it’s
bearish on bitcoin going straight to
zero or whether it’s bullish on craft
going straight to a million
there’s gonna be
good days and bad days
by the
in between points a and point z um
better days to buy and worse days to buy
better days to sell and worse days to
sell and that’s just
you know kind of the ebbs and flows of
markets in general right
so recognizing these things
again we’ve been quite bullish on craft
ever since late 2019 let’s say
why is it that we
were able to identify these two points
where we were able to roll our positions
selling our shares for around the low
40s and buying back in at 35
allowing us to
see uh more exponential growth over time
again we have our little price channels
we’re making the monthly 20 moving
average acting as a support
and now we’ve
effectively formed a perfect price
channel
on this ticker
if you were in the discord again i keep

you are in the discord things really be
happening in there people really
really are making money you know you you
just have to be willing to take on risk
oh look look at that look at that look
at that look at how straight that is we
got three points of contact right here
acting as support acting as resistance
acting as resistance perfectly in line
you think these things are coincidence
they’re definitely not um
and guess what
again i hadn’t written on these charts
since last week since last week i
actually literally
called this sticker
i called this ticker out as being
bullish
five minutes after last week’s stream in
the discord i’ll show you guys that as
well
but um just just keep that in mind five
minutes after the stream why did i do it
after the stream
because i didn’t recognize it till after
the stream but that’s just kind of how
that worked i didn’t recognize that it
had made it to our ideal uh price point
for buying in until after the stream
but
again if you’ve been on the discord you
know we’ve been bullish you know we told
you the sell signal right in the low 40s
and now we’re here
about to run the lap again if you would
like to come with us
all aboard
what are some other reasons that i like
this company you might be asking well
they have a 4.4
dividend um
that’s
average
barely slightly above average we’ll just
say average
um
for the sake of argument but oh yeah 4.4
dividend
that’s nice um
company is profitable even through the
the harshest of years being covered
this next lap
could take us to 55
which would be a gain of 50
oddly round number
crazy how that happens
um
let’s look at it in the discord

think about what you’re going to do
moving forward
