Simmons Bank was founded by James W. Simmons, a businessman and philanthropist who saw the need for a local bank in Pine Bluff. The bank began with just a single location, but it quickly grew, adding new branches and expanding its services.

In the 1920s, Simmons Bank began to expand beyond Pine Bluff, opening new branches in neighboring towns and cities. In the 1930s, the bank was hit hard by the Great Depression, but it managed to survive thanks to the support of its customers and the leadership of its president, J.C. “Charlie” Brown.

In the decades following World War II, Simmons Bank continued to grow, expanding its branch network and adding new services, such as trust and investment management. In the 1980s and 1990s, the bank began to expand beyond Arkansas, opening branches in other southern states.

In 2003, Simmons Bank became Simmons First National Corporation, a financial services holding company. Today, the company operates a number of subsidiaries, including Simmons Bank, which has over 100 branches in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kansas.

would be represented by a high sentiment

another thing just by looking at this
you can see the 180 here right
represented by this pink line again

so 1986 it has grown and ever since then
it has been using the monthly 180 moving
average
consistently as a support never
never once breaking it never it’s always
been the support for 40 years guys
40 years you buy that monthly 180 moving
average on this symbol that’s just what
you do out here okay
um as you can see here in 2000 bounced
off that monthly 180 ran 213 percent as
you can see right here and
that was 2013 bounced off the monthly
180 ran 200 percent
as you can see here
2020 this was after that crazy uh
we all know what happened like basically
covered ish but it ran all right back up

what are some again we have our rsi down
here as you can see as you can see we

what else do we like about this company
well it offers a very competitive 3.19
dividend that’s just above that u.s
national average of two to three percent
right just above that so we’d love to
see that that’s great um anything over
three percent when it comes to a
dividend is definitely solid we
definitely like to see that that’s
definitely something we consider more of
a buy than
not
earnings let’s look at the earnings for
this company hit hit hit hit they
consistently hit they always hit great
company never an issue right so every
time an earnings report comes around you
have a high probability of it jumping up
that day um
let’s continue to look
income statements phenomenal actually
phenomenal blue chip companies all
around we’ve only been showing the best
of the best i hope you guys appreciate
the amount of work that goes into
finding all these uh really competitive
investments and timing when the best
times to talk about them are
2017 had a profit margin of 17.54
and 2018 had profit margin of 26.16 2019
had a profit margin of 25.20 in 2020 had
a profit margin of 25.49 and 2021 profit
margin 31.62
31.62 guys that is maybe the all-time
high profit margin of the day like every
company we’re talking about it’s just
been getting better and better and
better right crazy um

with a
with a 3.2 percent dividend

actually damn this company is in the
finance sector so like benefiting from a
good xlf index um
what are we currently projecting with
this company
well as you can see here this company
has a consistent history of running
over 100 closer to 200 percent um
after bouncing off these monthly 180s
and as you can see here we are currently
projecting a 105 percent uh run within
what is a relatively short period of
time considering this is a monthly chart
um as you can see the last time it made
a lap it only took them five months to
run a hundred and twenty percent right
only took them five months
honestly i could see this even going
much higher without too much difficulty
but right now the current projection is
up to a price point of 41.42 dollars um
over 100 percent gain and what we’re
expecting for you less than two years
let’s say
annualize that that’s 50 a year plus
your three point two percent dividend
it’s easy guys

and as you can see when we were talking
about this it was literally at that 21
