The company was founded by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph, who saw an opportunity to create a service that would allow people to rent movies by mail. At the time, the traditional video rental market was dominated by companies like Blockbuster, and Hastings and Randolph believed that they could create a more convenient and cost-effective alternative.

In 1999, Netflix introduced a subscription model that allowed users to pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited rentals. This proved to be a major turning point for the company, and it quickly gained a loyal customer base.

okay so this next company it’s one you
all know and love you’re gonna be
excited to see it um
but unlike the other
companies i’m actually gonna fill out
the chart a little bit with you guys on
stream we’re going to spend a little
extra time on this one because it’s a
little extra special
so again we’re going chronologically
through the discord if you were in the
discord you would have seen all of these
step-by-step day by day you can log in

what are some of the things that brought
this company to my attention wait i want

what are some of the things that brought
this company to my event attention well
let’s look at the same set of objective
indicators that we apply to everything
it is that we have looked at today and
honestly always if you guys will look
through my uh
years worth of highlights i have

talk about netflix we’re going to talk
about netflix if there’s anything you’d

about netflix that
caught our attention right
so
the consistent set of indicators we have
our macd oversold uh look at how
perfectly oversold that was right
perfectly oversold that’s typically a
buy signal you want to be getting in low
not high you want to get in before the
height before the headlines before
the articles right
um the rsi was touching the oversold
territory well what is that the 30 the
30 it was the rsi was touching the 30.
it had not done that
ever
ever that means it’s extremely oversold
the last time it got even this close was
back in 2012 2012. the past six months
of the market really have given us this
great opportunity to get some of the
most
high quality assets that the market has
to offer for some of the best prices
that we’ve seen in a very long time you
guys really need to be taking
opportunity or taking advantage of this
opportunity and start scaling into these
very high quality blue chip names like
netflix you’re we’re about to go even
more in detail you guys really want to
be scaling into these and
when the markets the major market
indexes are low at their lows right
so as you can see we were covering it in
discord the sentiment was also super low
super low again you want to be getting
in before the hype
and we were talking about that on july
15th so now that we have the the
pretense
let’s talk about this company a little
more also before we even do that let’s
look at the price point here the price
of this company was 175
when we mentioned that mentioned it in
the discord 175 what is it today
from that 175 price point
it has currently grown 33
and what that’s like
a month and a half a month and a half
this company has grown 33 percent
from the time we mentioned in the
discord i highly recommend being there
um and i don’t see it stopping at any
time soon you know anytime soon
so let me mark up this chart a little
bit we’re going to spend a little extra
time on this company because
it deserves it so give me one moment
here if you guys have any questions feel

honestly netflix is just such a strong
company ever since its original ipo the
ipo game back then was way different
than the ipo game today the ipo game
today is dead you have coinbase
releasing absolutely abysmal down 90
you have robin hood releasing down 80
percent like ipos of 2022 are just not
what they used to be look at this
company this company since its ipo right
this sentence ipo has grown
to its all-time high i can’t even read
that number 172 000
that’s just
completely ballistic like this company
has shown such strong growth now let’s
look at some of the more fundamentals
some of the financials over here
as you can see the earnings they
basically never miss earnings this
company basically always hits earnings
very good very good dividend it doesn’t
have a dividend but honestly it doesn’t
need one because it’s just so attractive
of a company let’s look at uh
let’s look at the financials in 2017
they had a profit margin of 4.78 in 2018
they had a profit margin of 7.67 percent
in 20 uh 19 they had a profit margin of
9.26
in 2020 their profit margin of 20 or
they had a profit margin of 11.05
percent and then 2021 they had a profit
margin of 17.23
so what do we notice here we are seeing
continued signs of growth like this not
only is this a continued signs of growth
like this is massive like every year
they are just under like
that they’re adding like four to five
percent on their profit margin their
revenue went from 11 billion in 2017 to
a current uh revenue of 29 billion
that’s over three that’s roughly about
three times it is its revenues have
grown 3x since 2017.
that’s huge
that’s huge
if we were looking at the current or
again this blue line represents the
monthly 180 moving average make sure
you’re always looking at these time
frames right right up here in the top so
you can get an idea of the
time it’ll take for these things to
happen each candle here is representing
one month of time
so just from the monthly 180 moving
average all the way up to its all-time
high that is 300
percent right 321 percent now this is a
very reputable company this is something
you can add to a long-term portfolio
like a roth ira or a retirement fund and
just let it print for you you can sleep
in in the morning you don’t have to be
doing some crazy day trading stuff
trying to flip pennies out of contracts
no no we don’t want that it’s a big
headache you know my time is my most
valuable asset i’d rather put money in
here and maybe just do anything else
whether it’s working nine to five
whether it’s go to school whether it’s
stream you know
this is the type of company that offers
you that luxury of time if you are
getting in at these proper price points
again
available in the discord is something we

um rsi bottoming out starting to point
up this is a buy signal
it’s just honestly great
any questions comments concerns
current price point 233
the growth in this company has really
just been parabolic over time and
astronomical it’s so good
we love seeing this monthly 180 moving
average we can quickly look at like the
weekly here as you can see here on the
weekly
as you can see here on the weekly the
weekly one throughout this time period
from roughly 2012 all the way to that
2021 price point it had also been using
the weekly 180 moving average as a
support as well as the 20s let’s get
a nice picture of that look at that
using the weekly 20 as the support look
consistently using that weekly 20 as the
support right guys we see this we can
all recognize that this is a real thing
that has happened for years
upon years upon years well let’s go look
at the current price point right
guess what’s happening again
from when we called it out right that
275 flag right here is where we were it
ran straight up cut right through and
above that weekly 20 and is now using it
as a support the same way it did for the
previous 20 years
so this is definitely a company i highly
recommend um
